Chocolate Is Evil... But I Love It!

I've been busy lately. I finally got all of the Christmas presents wrapped over the weekend. This was a huge accomplishment. I've also been trying to pack in between everything else that has been going on, but I haven't been very successful with that.

It was pretty hard just to get around this past weekend. Holy Mother of God am I sore. Our trainer was sick on Wednesday, so my friend and I headed to the gym just to get some cardio in. Friday we did legs with Stuart. This guy does not mess around. It's Monday morning and I am still sore. But we'll be back at it today.

So... I gained 2 lbs. This sucks, but I am totally not surprised. I ate like crap last week, not to mention the insane amount of chocolate that I consumed. All of our suppliers have been sending in either calendars or boxes of chocolate... usually Malley's chocolate that is amazing (the chocolate covered oreos... mmmmm). But I need to get back with it this week. I got rid of all of the chocolate - and that wasn't hard to do, there were a lot of people that were glad to take it off my hands. I'm focused now... no more chocolate/eating like crap. If I am paying for sessions with a personal trainer, I'd be stupid to ruin it.

  1. Personal trainers can be so tough! But at least you know that they are really working you! Great job with getting the presents wrapped. I need to do that!
