Christmas

I saw this on Go East Memphis Mama's blog and decided to join in.


1. Wrapping paper or gift bags?
Wrapping paper, unless it's impossible to wrap.

2. Real tree or artificial?
Artificial. My cats would eat a real one. This year we didn't even put up a tree because of the animals.

3. When do you put up the tree?
Changes every year.

4. Do you like eggnog?
Not really.

5. Favorite gift received as a child?
I don't think I could pick just one...

6. Do you have a nativity scene?
No.

7. Hardest person to buy for?
M. He never wants anything... seriously.
Or my dad, he's pretty hard to buy for, too.

8. Easiest person to buy for?
My sister in law. We are so alike it is ridiculous.

9. Mail or email Christmas cards?
Mail.

10. Favorite Christmas movie?
A Christmas Carol.

11. When do you start shopping for Christmas?
I usually do it all year, but this year I slacked big time and didn't start until the beginning of November. My credit card is not thanking me for that.

12. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas?
Everything?

13. Clear lights or colored lights on the tree?
Depends on the other decorations.

14. Favorite Christmas song?
I'm not a fan of Christmas music. I blame this on the fact that I worked retail for several years at Christmas time and had to hear the same songs over and over and over every day during the Christmas season.

15. Travel or stay home at Christmas?
I would prefer to just stay home. My parents are divorced so there is a lot of places to go for Christmas.

16. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer?
Of course.

17. Angel on tree top or star?
Star.

18. Open the presents Christmas Eve or Morning?
Both.

19. The most annoying thing about this time of year?
Traffic. All of the houses we have to go to.

20. What I love most about Christmas?
Giving gifts.
